Luigi the "Fire Dragon" is the former 1st division commander of the Goldbeard Pirates. Once starting out as an apprentice on the crew, he had come to be Goldbeard's closest confidant. Luigi participated in the Battle of Galos Island under Zenkichi new leadership but was defeated and the crew disbanded.
Since said war during the two-year timeskip, Luigi has since became a caretaker for various children who were became orphans due to pirate attacks or war in Whitebeard's Home Village in Sphinx with Zenkichi. Luigi is a major ally to Luffy during the Marineford Arc, and later on, the Wano Country Arc.
Appearance[]
Luigi is a toned, muscular man. His dark orange hair is styled upwards, with the tips somewhat tinged and two strands framing the sides of his head.
Personality[]
Luigi is compose and level headed individual however he is also somewhat impulsive and daring person who will rise up to any challenge and show that he is not a pushover.
He is also generous and altruistic, as he is willing to fight for the sake of his crew friends and for those he considers his family, including underprivileged children that he helped raise in Hidden Lands.

In combat, Luigi is shown to be extremely formidable. At Marineford he, if only briefly, fought and held his own against each of the five Marine admirals, indicating his capabilities.

Luigi ate the Tatsu Tatsu no Mi, Model: Fire Dragon, a Mythical Zoan-type fruit that allows him to become a full or hybrid fire dragon and control flames at will and has developed a number of ways to use the powers of this fruit. This power is the source of his nickname "Luigi the Fire Dragon". His control of his powers increases everyday and he can activate the powers of the fruit at the smallest of signs of trouble. Though the fruit only allows him to directly create and manipulate fire, he has managed to figure out ways to effect the environment around him using the heat from his flames and has shown himself to be capable of using the fruit's powers in a highly creative ways.
